Please read the timetable and rules below carefully. Arriving late or missing required equipment will result in an automatic fail, so it is essential that you arrive on time and fully prepared.

First Wave Begins: 09:15

Beginners grading to White/Yellow Belt
Yellow Belts grading to next level
Blue Belts grading to Brown Belt (full sparring equipment required)
Brown Belts grading to Black Belt (full sparring equipment required)
Wave 2 – 10:45
Yellow Belts grading to White/Orange Belt
Wave 3 – 11:45
Full sparring equipment required for all students in this wave.
White/Orange to Orange Belt
Orange Belt to Red Belt
Red Belt to Green Belt
Wave 4 – 13:45
Full sparring equipment required for all students in this wave.
Green Belt to Purple Belt
Purple Belt to Blue Belt
Grading Rules and Requirements
Parent and Spectator Policy
The grading will be live streamed on YouTube. Parents are required to wait in the designated waiting room and will not be permitted inside the dojo at any time.
Please be aware that the grading operates under strict exam conditions. All parents and spectators must remain quiet and keep noise to an absolute minimum so as not to distract students.
All young children who are not grading must be fully supervised at all times and must remain quiet throughout the grading. If noise levels become disruptive, you may be asked to leave the building.
Licence Books
All students Yellow Belt and above must bring their licence books or hand them to a Sensei before the grading begins.
Uniform Standards
Full uniform must be worn
Tops must be tucked in
Only official Endurance shorts or gi bottoms are permitted

Automatic Fail Conditions
The full grading fee will still be charged if any of the following occur:
Failure to attend
Arriving late
Missing equipment
Lack of preparation
Poor etiquette or unsportsmanlike behaviour
